Listed below are the terms and conditions for Sproules Jewellers website.  By browsing or ordering from our site you are agreeing to these terms.

Terminology

"You" We are relating to anybody using our site including browsing and ordering.

"We" We are relating to ourselves Sproules Jewellers.

Payment & Payment Plans
We will accept money from your credit/debit card just before your item/s are dispatched.  We do not accept payment by cheque.
Until the item is fully paid for we still legally own the item/s.  We have the right to refuse payment if and when we see fit.

We offer interest free credit online and in store.  This is a loan that can be paid over 6-12 months interest free.  Meaning you will not pay anymore than the price quoted at the time of purchase.

All we need to start you off is a minimum of 10% deposit, however you can add to this if you wish.  You can also pay off your remaining credit at any time with no extra costs.  We will set up an agreed amount you would like to pay every month via direct debit.  Anyone over the age of 18 can apply for interest free credit.  Providing you have met the lending criteria such as your employment status, credit rating and you must be a UK resident.

Your first payment will be due 30 days after your application has been processed.  If you have been declined credit and wish to know why do not hesitate to contact Pay4Later.

Cancellations
You are free to cancel your order at any point up until your order has been dispatched.  After this point we will be happy to offer you a refund when the item/s have been returned back to us in the proper condition (See Refunds)

Pricing & Availability
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling (£).  All items are subject to price change.   Availability on items can vary however we will let you know if an item is out of stock and how long it will take to re-order before a payment is made.
